Napa Valley Day 7
Our last day in the Napa and only one winery visit before we head home. It is to Rudd Oakville Estate owned by Leslie Rudd, wife Susan and daughter Samantha.
The Rudd winery only offers private tours by appointment so it was difficult to find a time available that suited us hence, the last visit. But the perseverance was well worth it as this proved to be our best tour and one of the real highlights of the week.
Our tour was just for the two of us and took us through the vineyard, the gardens, the winery and the caves and then back into the tasting room to taste some Sauvignon Blanc and the signature Oakville Estate Red.
